Abort-Before-Dispatch Protocol

Stopping an order while it still sits in the vault queue.

Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.

1. When abort is available

You may request cancellation from Track & Support before the order status moves to dispatched or handed to the courier.

2. After dispatch

Once a waybill is live, the order cannot be aborted in-vault. You may refuse delivery at your risk of courier return fees, or use the Packet Redress Protocol only for eligible faults.

3. Refund timing

Prepaid aborts approved before dispatch reverse to the original payment rail within the processor’s ordinary settlement window. COD aborts simply stop collection.
