Coplost Enterprises collects information required for account creation, email verification, order processing, delivery support and customer communication.

1. Why signals are collected

Coplost Enterprises collects only what is needed to open a Vault ID, verify email, pack packets, route couriers, and answer the signal desk.

2. What is captured

• Name, email, phone, and delivery coordinates provided at checkout.
• Order history, payment rail chosen, and waybill status.
• Support notes you file from Track & Support.
• Basic device and session diagnostics required to keep the vault secure.

3. How signals are used

Records operate the storefront, confirm orders, speak with logistics partners, and reply to you. We do not sell Vault ID data to advertising networks.

4. Who may see a signal

Access is limited to authorised company personnel, fulfilment helpers, payment processors, and courier partners — only to the extent required to complete your order.

5. Retention & erasure

Order and account records are kept as long as needed for taxation, dispute handling, and statutory compliance. You may request correction or deletion of non-mandatory personal data by emailing .

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; report suspected account misuse immediately.
